What You Should Know

We promise you an honest assessment of your situation in terms you will understand.

The Anderson Law Firm of Chippewa Falls will give you a straightforward and realistic assessment of your case without the use of "legalese" and we will not make promises that we can't expect to keep.    The legal system is complicated, especially to someone who has not previously been involved in it, and we will carefully explain the process of taking a case through the legal process and answer your questions.

If you choose to contact us:

  • You contact our firm by phone or email. There is a simple Contact Form on this web site that asks you for the information we need in order for us to have an initial consultation.

  • We will contact you for a discussion of your situation, free of charge and with no obligation.  If you have been served with any court papers, you should have those with you at the time of our discussion.  It is helpful if you have made a list of specific questions and information that you consider important to your case.

  • If, following our consultation, you believe that we may be a good fit for each other, we will schedule a time for you to come into our office for a face-to-face meeting.
